‐ Please note that we offer limited availability online. If your preferred dining time is unavailable, for same-day reservations or to make changes to an existing reservation, please call the restaurant 08 8410 9818 directly.

‐ We will endeavour to contact you two days before your reservation to confirm booking details. If you have not heard from us, please phone to confirm. Erato Teppanyaki reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations.

‐ Please note we require credit card details as security for your booking for 6 or more guests, we will contact you to collect the credit card information after your online booking. You may cancel or change the numbers of your reservation up until 24 hours before the booking. Any cancellation or reduction in numbers within 24 hours of the booking; however, we will charge your credit card with a fee of $100 per person.

‐ For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, we allow 2 hours and 15 minutes for each early seating starts from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Please make sure to arrive on time, for any late arrival, we can offer to finish your meal on the A La Carte tables and there is no finish time required.

‐ We offer 4 set menus only for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, the A La Carte menu is available From Tuesday night to Thursday Night.
